Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the easiest task in the world. You will either need to use another server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively arrange some 3rd–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier alternative with our Administration Services offer. We will make a full backup copy of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any essential data. Last but not least we can recover a backup really fast. All our backups are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra configuration from you. That is where our Administration Services solution can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – it means that you can basically employ one of our competent server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any kind of app whatsoever that you need. Or have him take care of a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
